The pressing is for your promotion! When we look at the teachings of Jesus, every parable points to the principle of increase as we faithfully steward what God has entrusted to us.

However, this increase is oftentimes not without resistance, tribulation, and at times persecution. It is in this place that we are encouraged to count it all joy as we ask the Lord for wisdom; navigating how to best steward the next steps of our personal process that we may through faith and patience inherit and obtain the promises of God for our lives.
