YEAR 1

Come.  Take up your cross and follow (Luke 9:23).  A year of discovery and development as you learn more about God, yourself, and become established in the ways of the Kingdom.

YEAR 2

Become.  As the Father has sent Me, I also send you (John 20:21).  A year of deposits and withdrawals.  You are called to influence people, transform regions, and shake nations.  Your leadership development will determine the scope of your impact.  You were born to change the world!       

YEAR 3

Go.  Go make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20).  A year of ownership that leads to a life of ownership.  You’ll be given the opportunity and space needed to own your call and the portion of the Lord’s ministry that He has entrusted to you.  This year’s focus is to dial in on your life’s purpose.
